Our Special Order program gives you direct access to specialized, limited-production, and elite kayaks from top manufacturers—models designed for specific paddling demands that fall outside our standard inventory.

Wondering how to best plan for ordering a Special Order Kayak? First contact our team to see when we expect our next delivery from the manufacturer of the model you are interested in.  Yakworks Kayak of Southport typically orders kayaks in the fall to be delivered in the spring through summer.  Our shipments will arrive normally April through August, with 2-3 shipments from each manufacturer.  In order to sell a Special Order Kayak at the posted price, it will need to come along with one of these larger shipments otherwise there may be a Special Order Freight Charge to get just your kayak.
