Shipping policy

Standard Product Shipping 

Orders are typically shipped within 1-2 business day(s) of being placed. Our shipping department will be closed every Sunday - Monday as well as all postal holidays. If for any reason there is a delay outside of these normal policies we will contact you to let you know.

Oversize Product Shipping

Some oversized items are not able to be shipped this time.  If you are getting an error message when checking out, please check for anything that may be too large to ship economically.  If you are in doubt, please reach and we can better advise on the issue.

Regional Kayak Shipping and Meet-Ups

Yakworks offers kayak shipping within a 3-hour or 200-mile radius of our shop in Southport, North Carolina (28461).  Our shipping charges and services are covered by this radius only.  Once we receive your order, we will confirm shipping distance and schedule a time with customers.

If you would like to meet us within a 3-hour or 200-mile radius of our shop in Southport, North Carolina (28461) that is possible as well.  This can save you up to 6-hours or 400-miles of your total trip.  Cities like Durham & Charlotte, NC and Charleston & Columbia, SC are cities were we often meet customers.  We will arrange to meet at a major shopping center right off the highway you will be arriving by.
