The Ram Mount Tough-Cleat™ is designed for use with their Tough-Track™ and other kayak mounting rails. Create an anchor tie-off point for your kayak with the RAM® Tough-Cleat™. While fishing on the river or lake, moving the Tough-Cleat to an ideal position is easy – simply loosen the knob and slide along your track mounting system. The Tough-Cleat features a T-Bolt attachment and is compatible with the RAM Tough-Track™.
